DIGITAL CAMPAIGNS AND SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE (PART-TIME **APPLY ON THE
WEBSITE**.5 HOURS A WEEK)
Reporting and working with the Digital Marketing Manager you will be
responsible for leading on the social media collective campaigns for
the network (over **Apply on the website** of the largest companies in
Ireland) and for the day-to-day management of our social media
channels: driving conversations, engaging and inspiring our audience
on the topics of sustainability in business, zoning in on our focus
areas of transitioning to a low carbon economy and creating inclusive
societies.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support the Digital Marketing Manager with planning our social
media strategy.
* Plan, implement and manage our social media content calendar.
* Support to teams and colleagues in their social media profiles and
content strategies to amplify our reach.
* Define, track and report on key social media KPIs.
* Lead on the collective campaigns for the network from idea
generation developing the theme to implementation (digital toolkits
for members and social media campaigns) and reporting.
* Lead on integrated digital campaigns to grow our network and
profile our areas of expertise.
* Measure and record the performance of every social media campaign
and monthly reporting.
* Write engaging social media messages in line with our tone of
voice guidelines.
* Plan and implement new social media content repurposing existing
multimedia material.
* Manage the communication of new members joining the network
including presence on the website and social media communication.
* Plan and develop the monthly newsletter Sustainable Business News
* Uploading of content to the website
* Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and
technologies sharing insights with the Marketing Team.
COMPETENCIES
* Great copywriting skills writing engaging copy in line with our
tone of voice guideline.
* Excellent eye for design and ability to develop social media
visuals.
* Outstanding level of attention to detail and excellent planning
skills
* Ability to work independently, take initiative spotting
opportunities and improvements.
* Excellent knowledge of Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube
* Good understanding of social media KPIs and how they are related
to business objectives.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
* Great interpersonal and communication skills
* Team player and confident in liaising with various teams
* Good time-management skills
* Keen interest and knowledge of sustainability particularly on the
topics of climate change, diversity, and inclusion within a business
context.
QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
* Two years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or Campaigns
Executive ideally in B2B organisations/business
* Degree or certification in Digital Marketing or business related.
* Design tools such as Canva or Adobe
* Knowledge of Mail Chimp or other email platforms
* Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
* Excellent knowledge of social media scheduling tools such as
Buffer or Hootsuite
* Confident with Google analytics
DESIRABLE
* Understanding of SEO
* Experience liaising and managing creative agencies and designers.
